一、服務內容

Scope of Services
虎智科技（下稱「本公司」）提供以下服務：AI 課程訓練、AI 整合導入、地端與雲端伺服器租賃、自動化工具輔導等。
TigerMind Tech ("we", "our", "the Company") provides services including AI training courses, AI integration solutions, local/cloud server rental, and automation tools consulting.
 

二、帳號與使用規範

Account & User Conduct
使用者應提供正確資料並妥善保管帳號資訊。嚴禁未經授權使用、違法行為或干擾系統操作。
Users must provide accurate information and safeguard their accounts. Unauthorized use, illegal activities, or disruption of the system are strictly prohibited.

 

三、課程與退款政策

Course Registration & Refund Policy
所有課程皆須依規定報名並遵守課程出席時數。若為政府補助課程，需達成參與條件。本公司保留講師與課綱調整權利。
All courses must be registered as instructed. For government-subsidized courses, participation criteria must be met. We reserve the right to modify instructors and curriculum.

 

四、知識產權

Intellectual Property
課程內容、教材與平台資源屬本公司或合作夥伴所有，未經授權禁止擷取或商業用途。
All content including course materials and platform resources are owned by the Company or its partners and may not be reproduced or used commercially without authorization.

 

五、責任限制

Limitation of Liability
本公司對任何因使用本服務導致的損失不承擔保證或賠償責任，包括系統中斷或第三方資源錯誤。
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, including system disruptions or third-party resource issues.

 

六、條款修改

Changes to Terms
本公司得隨時更新本條款並於官網公告。使用者應定期查閱以掌握最新規定。
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users are advised to check the website regularly for updates.
