Refund Policy
一、適用範圍
Scope of Policy
本退款政策適用於虎智科技所提供之付費課程及顧問服務,包含線上課程、實體課程、企業內訓與AI導入相關專案。
This refund policy applies to paid services offered by TigerMind Tech, including online courses, in-person training, corporate workshops, and AI-related consulting projects.
二、一般課程退款辦法
General Course Refunds

課程開始前 7 日以上申請退費,可全額退費。Full refunds will be granted for Full refunds will be granted for cancellation requests submitted 7 days or more prior to the course start date.

課程開始前 4~6 日內申請退費,酌收 30% 手續費。For requests made 4 to 6 days before the course begins, a 30% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.

課程開始前 3 日內或課程開始後,恕不退款。
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the course start date or after the course has begun. -
如因天災或不可抗力因素導致課程取消,將全額退費或協助改期。In the event that the course is canceled due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, a full refund will be provided or rescheduling assistance will be offered.
三、企業政府補助課程退款規定
Corporate/Government Subsidy Courses
因本課程涉及政府補助申請與實體設備發送,報名完成後視為確定參與,恕不提供退款。
Due to government funding and hardware bundle inclusion, no refunds will be provided once registration is confirmed.
四、課程變動與取消
Course Cancellation or Changes
若因故取消課程,虎智科技將主動提供延期或全額退款選項。
If a course is canceled by TigerMind Tech, participants will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled class.
五、申請退款方式
How to Request a Refund
請來信至 Tiger.ai.tw@gmail.com,提供以下資訊:姓名、課程名稱、報名日期與退款原因。客服將於 3 個工作日內回覆並處理。
To request a refund, email us at Tiger.ai.tw@gmail.com with your name, course title, registration date, and reason for the refund. We will respond within 3 business days.
